Mon: kickboxing, 1/2 hour sparring. I think I did about 8 90 second rounds.
Tue: kata class
Wed: group class (again, more kata) Lifted bi's, tri's and legs.
Thur: Kickboxing
Fri: Open sparring.
Sat: Lifted chest and back.
Sun: Rested.
