ya man...just get up and run everyday...when i was in grade 10 i ran a half marathon...all i did was get up everymorning and run like 12 km steady....then the longest i ran coming up before the race was 18 km i think.....if u can already run 10 km...i suggest running it on a regular basis....if ur new to running build up on shorter 3 km one week then keep adding a km every week till u can do 10....if you're looking to run it for a good time buy a heart rate monitor and work off your heart rate percentages...see how fast u can go at 80% percent of your heart rate and keep working from there....i dont really know wat ur stats are i'm just throwing out your with a buddy is really good too
