Mon 9-28: Lifted shoulders and legs, kickboxing class. (jump rope, partner pad work. A LOT of partner pad work). a lot of fun, as always.
Tue: some bag work, then kata class.
Wed: back to back karate classes (a lot of kicking drills and pad work, pushups, situps, jump rope, jumping jacks) then lifted chest, back and legs at the regular gym.
Thur: some back work and jump rope, then had to rush off to school open house. I consider this an active rest day..
Fri: mad jump rope, bag drills, then 60 min interval sparring. AWESOME because I headkicked someone twice, a very good fighter and slimmed down former bodybuilder a few years older than me.
Sat: limped through day karate class.
