I see some guys do deep stretches before class but personally I prefer to just do warmup motions like kicking up with a straight leg (hamstring), making circles with my arms (shoulders) and swinging my leg from side to side (hips). Just think back to middle school P.E. class and do those warmups they made you do. I save the yoga for after practice.
