Warm up run and tumbling. Technique was all working against wall/ropes, defending take downs, double leg take downs, and single leg take downs when they split, also worked being on your back with your head against the cage and working your way to a stand and getting out. Then we drilled it. I was grumpy today but did alright. Ankle still hurts. Almost there.
