you need to ask them then.



from what I have gathered during interviews the norm for the fighters is to stop training a week before the fight, concentrate on cutting weight about 3-5 days before the fight, what they eat afterwards varies; GSP says he eats carbs after his weigh ins, the norm for a training camp averages between 9-12 weeks.
