Mon 10-12: floor drills in kickboxing for about 45 min, then 40 min sparring (interval cardio, 1 minute rounds).
Tue: jump rope, bag drills, then kata class.
Wed. :back to back karate classes, kicking drills, kata and pad work.
Thur.: jump rope, bag drills, grappling (omoplata and reverse armbar).
Fri: Partner rotating sparring drills, then point, about 75-80 min total in intervals.
Sat: some rolling. We only drilled the kimura sweep and did a few live rounds. It wasn't the intensity I would have liked TBH.
Sun: Same as Saturday only longer and more intense, this was a way better workout.
