at the gym today i worked biceps, triceps, and abs. After i was done working out i chilled for like 3 hours then threw punches at my heavy bag til my arms felt like they were gonna fall off. Since i worked bi's and tri's that day should i have let my arms rest for the rest of the day, or is it ok to get them tired again a just a few hours after working them out? thanks
