lol, it may have come out wrong.
basically I mean if he moves up they would then be forced to have a new champ for the division, but it isn't really the champ, it's like the runner up to Anderson....
now if he were to lose the title fair and square well then he could move up and forget about the division
to become the champ you must beat the champ, not beat some other top contender because no one could defeat the champ and he moved up in division because he's too good lol
