I notice alot of time while really training, The daily life can take its tole on myself I'm 2-0 now stay training steadly but, at times the mental game isn't on top. I believe that's a really big focus on a fighter. I see myself as completely dedicated . Started boxing around 14 and switched to mma around 17 and 19 now. so this just leads me to a few questions.

what do you do to stay on top the mental game.

saying everybody here trains all aspects of training
wrestling, ju jitsu, boxing, kickboxing, and mu Thai basics to speak

Other training you do to keep it more fun ( conditioning, sparring etc ) ?

would like to hear thoughts

I noticed at my gym there is two types of fighters the wanna be tough guys (who can be very good) and the people who just plain love mma. When I grapple and kick box I smile quite a bit of the time. You just have to love it. I heard my coach tell another fighter "you need to be sure this is what you want to do, because it will fade I promise you"
