Fighting Workout Comparisons

So there are alot of threads where people hint at their training programs. But they never really just lay it out there and explain how they train to ready themselves for a fight as well as their maintenance routines. Break them all down. Some routines might be better than others and in the spirit of free information sharing...

In my case:
Sunday
1 hour eliptical to maintain leanness and burn built up saturday party-fat
3 mile run to maintain long-term cardiovascular endurance
2 hour heavy-bag work(Kenpo/Muay Thai)
1 hour grappling dummy work
(assuming he doesn't work )Sparring with my partner

Monday
30 minute run in the morning
2 hour Karate/J3 Class
torso/leg strength building
(assuming he doesn't work )Sparring with my partner
2 mile run at night

Tuesday
30 minute run in the morning
1 hour BJJ class
torso/shoulder strength building
(assuming he doesn't work )Sparring with my partner
2 mile run at night

Wednesday
30 minute run in the morning
Overall light strength building
(assuming he doesn't work )Sparring with my partner
2 mile run at night

Thursday
30 minute run in the morning
2 hour Karate/J3 Class
torso/leg strength building
(assuming he doesn't work )Sparring with my partner
2 mile run at night

Friday
30 minute run in the morning
1 hour Muay Thai Class
Torso leg/shoulder strength building
(assuming he doesn't work )Sparring with my partner

Saturday
30 minute run in the morning
4 hour Karate freestyle workout
