eat properly high protien moderate carbs. good exercise do not over do weights. people under 18 need to be careful about lifting to much as your bones are still growing and damge can result from excessive Let me suggest a book called Body For Life by Bill Phillips some goos stuff there for weight gain or loss if you follow the diet plan..
