Deep stances and handstands to build muscular endurance, with clapping pushups and squat kicks (coming up out of a squat and throwing a kick) for explosive strength.

At least those have worked for me when I'm in a position where I don't have access to weight training equipment as well as most of the time when I'm prepping for a fight.
