As soon as I ice my complaining Achilles, I'm going to run. I just didn't feel like karate today.
I frequently feel low around this time of year; the past few days were exceptionally low, and I'm hoping that running will clear my head.
I tried to download that Pharoahe Monch song, and it got to 95% and quit. I *have* to run now, so maybe I'll go to iTunes. bleeecccchh
