Well, Ninjitsu is great in it's purest form, but there are a lot of people who have whored it out because of anime and japanese movies and completely destroyed it. It's sort of like how wing chun can't be put in to mma, I trained wing chun with my dad for a while before i started muay thai. and Wing Chun is all kicks below the belt, pressure point and throat strikes.
