it really depends on the individual and wether weight training will improve his/her performance...sounds like common sense but allow me to expand...i personally fell weight training doesnt improve my striking power, but i have to train my legs once a week to avoid knee injuries...that being said, i think that anybody serious about competing in mma should comit to 1 full body weight training session a week
