Also, when did the sale occur? Because the Emirates have taken quite a knock economically and a lot of locales and resorts such as the Palm resort and the World are quite deserted and unnattractive in this poor economic climate.

I'm not sure if Flash entertainment is being affected, maybe it isn't, or maybe the UFC just needs them as go betweens, as a stone-step to the far-east, which would be a really clever move...
