Hey guys I am wanting to start MMA and would love some advice.
I am from Utah, 25, 6'4" and about 280 right now. I have lifted on and off since I was twelve and really want to start fighting. ning I am currently training on my own in a gym untill I can afford to join a MMA training center I haven't really found anything on MMA training splits or anything like that. Does anyone have any usefull advice?
