I ran earlier, was able to get my big stride out (that is my small way of getting my swerve on), and was loping along at about a 9:15 - 9:22 mile with a few 8:30 intervals of 2-3 min in there. Stop laughing you bastards! That's working hard for me if I do it for 5 miles.
