Well back at it last night, felt awful once we first started going...like i needed to puke but that went away after awhile...
We worked on some striking drills, then we rolled for awhile after. got a good sweat going, need to get my cardio back up.
When i get home I eat way to much, I had some Roast Beef, Pasta, and 2 big glasses of V8. and like 5min later i was hurting bad. I need to work on not eating like i've never seen food before after working out.
