wow this thread has still been going whist I have been away.
I believe a happy medium is good.
I weight train around 2x a week. Heavy lifts. Under 6 reps no more. I keep mainly core lifts but with the addition of curls and tri pulldowns.
But I do alot of bw excersises too. Mainly chins, dips and pressups.
And then once a week boxing circuit training.
Its almost as if I like to be tapped out! lol
