Last night for BJJ we went over a pretty cool Gi Choke setup, and then rolled for the last 15min. The Gi kills my elbows pretty bad so I couldn't roll as long as I wanted to. I took the Muai Thai class after BJJ and it was a sold 1.5 hours of ass kicking. non stop striking drills going back and forth throwing combos at each other. I think my next fight might be a kickboxing match in march before i go back to MMA, hopefully ill be at the weight i need to by then anyway.
