Tuesday 2-09: rested
Wed: 3 mile run in early PM, then karate (a ton of moving from stance to stance and striking/blocking very fast). I got yelled at for going to get water in the 15 second break between drills, WTF? I think my sensei's going to crack on me more b/c he knows I want to go up for rank. MMA was pad work and sprints and abs, and then drilling 2 different guard passes.
Thur: horrible shin splints and left achilles pain. Rested and iced.
Fri: 35 min ellipical.
Sat, Sun: rested and iced a lot.
