Same workout as a few days ago, upped the military press, some early failure but had a great workout. Just trying to stay active without irritating the knee. It's still feeling sketchy, I'll try BJJ on monday and see what happens, hopefully I can jump back in at full strength. About 9 weeks to fight, so I have to really get in shape now and get my striking endurance up. I want to be heavy sparring with the pros in 2 more weeks.
