February 13, 2010- Started working out a bit today. I am still adapting to the new eating habits. I am usually hungry throughout the day. I am trying my best to stick with it though!
Nutrition
Breakfast- 4 scrambled eggs and oatmeal
Snack #1- Low calorie pack of almonds and an apple
Lunch- Grilled chicken sandwich on wheat
Snack #2- 2 scoops of all natural peanut butter
Dinner- Grilled chicken sandwich on wheat
I missed my 3rd snack which was my protein shake after my workout.
Drinks- Water
Supplements- 2 Doses of Animal Cuts
Workout
Pushups- 4 sets, 25 reps
Crunches- 2 sets, 50 reps
Side crunches- 2 sets, 25 reps (each side)
Jump rope for 9 minutes. 3 minute intervals with shadow boxing for 1 minute after each interval.
