Friday - MMA
All wrestling. Good class but hit the bag at the end instead of live sparring. Knee was mega hurting by the end of friday. I bought a proper wrap for the ice pack as well as a knee support to keep on and some Icy Hot. Now we hope for the best.
Saturday/Sunday - Saturday off to nurse the knee. Rest.
Monday - BJJ
Warmup drills, guard passes. Advanced class was all escapes. Was pretty good in rolling, tapped a few white belts a few times...americanas, arm bar, omoplata (suprising), kimura, triangle. Had a good roll with a brown belt with lots of positional battles. Good class, knee feels okay.
