Again more stuff happened since my last post, like loosing a fight, which has motivated me more then ever to drop the wieght and get out of the Heavy Weight Division....
S&C class yesterday was tough,
Kettlebell Curls x 2min
Plyo Medicine ball Pushups x 2min
Burpee's with Kettlebell Shrug at the end x 2min
Plate Halo's x 2min
Dumbbell deadlifts 60lbs one side 50lbs opposite side x 2min
Dumbbell Pushup/row x 2min
Core Drills x 2min
Balance Drills x 2min
we went through the stations 3 times I puked for the first time in a long time, on the 3 round once i hit station 2... my back is pretty sore today, but can't wait to hit the gym again tonight.
