Could this maybe have anything to do with those servers beeing moved changed etc.. if i remember right it happened before on other forums ..some profiles had problems when doing server changes .. aand i am no expert in that field either so its just a maybe..
anyway PM window now opens like it should have but profiles not yet.. thanks
