Mon: kickboxing. The usual hour or so of pad work, jump rope, pushups, situps etc.
Tue: ran 3 miles, a few hours later Shotokan (just a ton of stances) and goshinjitsu kata. Waiting for Shotokan to pick up. It is a multiage class and some of the people are completely new to any type of martial art, so that slows it down.
Fri: 30 min elliptical, 10 min bike
This week fails.
