2.) Iso Mass Extreme Gainer for post work out shakes. This stuff isn't the best tasting, but it helped me gain 10lbs of lean muscle. Has seven types of creatine, amino acids, 65 grams of protein per intake, and omega fatty acids. Probably one of the best in the market as I've tried many types of whey protein shakes and supplements.
Gaining weight is one thing, but gaining lean muscle mass is extremely tough yet alone to sustain in and to further stimulate your muscles to grow.
Contemplated taking HGH and going on a cycle plenty of times. Suppose this is the most healthiest route to go.
