Lol when I say this thread I thought it was going to be about how to flex your muscles to make them seem bigger or something aha
But in all seriousness, stretch everyday. It is good to get a light warm up in, and then stretch because if you stretch when your muscles are in a cold state or relaxed state it is easier to pull a muscle.
I thought that exact same thing!
And Inter is right. Muscles that are not properly warmed up have a greater chance of getting injured.
