new to mma starter circuit

10x Pushups
10x situps
10x Crunches
10x pushup
10 dumbell curls
10 1 hand dumbell
12 bentover row
Repeat the superset 3 times, as fast as possible
30sec rest do it 3 times

just starting using it to get abit fitter? this any good?
