Well if you are trying to be a pro fighter then I say make sure you have about 5 - 6% body fat, but again only if you are a pro fighter. This is not healthy for non athletes. So if you have this much body fat at 170 pounds you definitely have the most muscle for your frame at that many pounds so you should be good as far as weight and strength. Ofcourse train hard and eat right.
