Well if you get chance try this one and you should get it all done in under 15 minutes.
I'll see if I can give it a shot next week. Here's my workout, which shits on the real 300 workout
6 muscle ups
6 pull ups
12 psuedo planche push ups
12 box jumps @ 24 inches
12 floor wipers @ 135
12 single arm overhead clean(6 each arm)
12 leg kicks @ 24 inches
3 sets of this, not quite 300 reps; 216, but a whole hell of a lot tougher. I get it done in 15-25 min and do it everyday, never really timed it on point.
