This has been bothering me all day. Yesterday I was at my gym rolling and going through some drills with this guy. When I got the mount he had a really hard time sweeping me . Afterwards he said "good job" "Your stronger than you look"....I dont know why its bothering me but I just had to get other opinions about it.....
I think it was a compliment. Many people are deceptively strong, regardless of their appearance. I don't think he was suggesting that you look like a wuss or anything like that.
