What about your palms? Would it be a problem with your wrist or just knuckles. A palm strike may not cause as much superficial damage but they hit just as hard, if not harder. Bas always used to use them. There's no force absorbed through your knuckles and its a straight line down your forarm, leading to awesome follow-through.
