I noticed you said gain weight and lose muscle. If you start to lose muscle you have a problem. Losing fat is a good thing the best advice I had was just eat right just like you said. It all depends on how much time you have. There is no 'perfect' fix workout as everyones bodies are different. They key is finding what works for you.

Its almost as if I like to be tapped out! lol
