Muay Thai
Skipping, shadowboxing, 4 rounds sparring, drilling a few kicking combos, 5 or so rounds on the bag. I rarely get to hit things so much. I hurt my left ankle/shin on a weird kick but it feels okay now. Good class.
Missed class yesterday, not good. Tomorrow the gym is closed so I'll either lift, hit the bag, or take the day off.
