Went on a tear and got 5 more than last week, lovely. My training partner is back from thailand and looking lean and mean. Held pads before class for him and he tore them up. Hes 6`5 and going to middleweight.

BJJ drilled armbars from guard, bump sweep and reguard, knee on belly to armbar and the escape. Did alright in guard passes. In advanced we spent like 45 minutes going over rules and after sitting around that long my body just seemed to shut down and I wasnt going to risk an injury for some rolling.

I have to work tomorrow so no sparring, muay thai and mma tomrrow evening.
