I just started training barefoot during the past few weeks - running, weightlifting, and bag work. Wondering how many of you guys do barefoot training and if you think there are benefits to running barefoot, in particular?
I run with the FiveFinger shoes and also lift weights with them. I dont know if you guys have seen these, they are kinda crazy but wearing them are the only way I can run barefoot without looking down watching for glass or whatever. check these things out if you havent seen them - http://www.fivefingerfootwear.com/
