126 lb body weight, 300lb bench press, cross country runner..do i need anything else?
I've developed into a 126lb body weight, 290lb bench pressing, decent cross country running/sprinting athlete. I have a little grappling and wrestling background from high school. I'm thinking about getting into mma. I think my fitness is good, but I'm asking you all to see how I compare for sure. Is my shape good enough to be very good at mma?
How much strength and endurance do the top fighters have?
