I think knowing the guys height would be relevent to the bench press (even though that isn't to relevent to MMA). My brother could bench 300lbs (2 reps) when he was just under 150lbs. He was mostly muscle but he could of been a little lighter without losing strength. Thing is hes only 5'3" so he could pack on a ton of muscle without actually weighing much. I don't know how fast he could run, but he was fast. And he knew a guy that was a little lighter and a little stronger.
