Running barefoot on earth (not cement/concrete/asphalt) is amazingly healthier, easier, and better for strengthening your legs. Wearing shoes is entirely unnatural and causes humans to utilize the heel of the foot it what's known as the "cow walk" whereas someone who has never worn shoes utilizes the balls of their feet and walk in a way known as the "fox trot". It's a heavily studied subject. I have no idea about your weird feetie socks and shoes, they still constrict your feet in an unnatural manner and place rigid angles on your joints. That's my 2cents.
