They have the demo date now, if interested, it's Apr. 29th. You know, Thursday? And you have to be pro-registration to get it, you can't be with Rogers.

A little less than one month before it officially hits retailer's shelves, THQ and the Ultimate Fighting Championship are releasing a demo for the highly anticipated "UFC Undisputed 2010."

The videogame teaser, which will be available for download this Thursday, April 29, will feature four fighters – all light heavyweights – including champion Lyoto Machida and challengers Mauricio "Shogun" Rua, Rashad Evans and Quinton "Rampage" Jackson.

Available for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Portable consoles, "UFC Undisputed 2010" is set for a May 25 release.

The demo will be available at no cost, though gamers must be registered members of the "Community" website to receive the code necessary to download the program.

The demo can be played in exhibition or the online tournament mode, the videogame's "Community" blog states.

While just four fighters will be available in the demo, approximately 100 fighters will be featured in the fully functioning version. New additions for the 2010 roster include Junior Dos Santos, Kevin "Kimbo Slice" Ferguson, Dan Hardy, Clay Guida, Matt Hamill and others.

The videogame franchise, which is the most-sophisticated MMA title in history, sold more than 3.5 million units as of the end of the 2009 holiday season. The bestselling title earned rave reviews from MMA and videogame fans; it also picked up a "Best Individual Sports Game" trophy at Spike TV's 2009 Video Game Awards (VGA) while beating out "Fight Night Round 4," "Tiger Woods PGA Tour 10," and "Wii Sports Resort."

As ( previously reported, UFC heavyweight champ Brock Lesnar will appear on this year's videogame cover. Forrest Griffin (U.S. version) and Georges St-Pierre (Canadian) had the honors in 2009.
