www.hd.net to see if its part of your provider), every friday is Inside MMA with Bas Rutten and Kenny Rice, and they show alot of the smaller shows like King of the Cage and MFC, aswell as the japanese Dream and Sengoku shows. The japanese shows are sometimes live starting at like 3amest, or replayed the friday after at 10pm est. And they show the K-1 events.
Just a suggestion for new people or those who didnt know before. and no.... i do not work for them heh i just love MMA and this is the best channel for it right now.
