To increase cardiovascular endurance, you need to have more Red blood cells in your blood and increase your lung capacity.Hill training is an excellent exercise to do that. Combining hill running and long distance running,you would condition your heart to pump more blood and carry more oxygen, which should help maximize your endurance.
