i wonder where the hell people come up with most of this crap when trying to give people pointers about things on this sight, there are a few guys on here that do know what they are talking about, but pretty much most of the people are pretty lame... especially when i asked who does study anything and for how long, only like 6 guys on this site really do something other than learn moves from dvds or something and come on here and tutor guys on what to or not to do...
i'm one of those 70% except i talk about PrideFC as well. i had no idea there was a prerequisite that i had to fight first...maybe it was hidden in the terms of service, they are to long so i never read them.

In all actuality... I think the overtly "offense-minded" here probably outweigh those that offer advise in an appropriately realistic sense. I know it would make a lot of things easy for some if we couold go out and just beat the crap out of our antogonists, but realistically that doesn't help as much as we would like it to.
Besides, most people don't care as long as they don't end up on the end of a whoopin'. Even if they did, this is a the internet... Don't you know that everyone's a badass that can eat bullets and shit ice cream while bedding down with 6 super models at a time?
Funny people in this thread haha...anyway I agree with the OP but I didn't realize clueless people were giving advice. I could give all kinds of advice in the standup section but in all reality I am too lazy and uninterested in that type of thing. I'd rather just talk about the fights, but occasionally I'll reply to or start a thread in one of those sections. I don't practice anymore but I took several different martial arts from the time I was 9 till I was 18 so it's kinda like I don't know the wrong way about most things since I spent half my life learning it the right way. I have little to no ground game though unfortunately so you won't see me giving advice in the grappling section.
LMAOOOOOOOOO every one listen to this, kishiro pmed me and said that he didnt wanna embarase me, and that he doesnt think i actaully do bjj, wow...thats funny.
