Last time i sparred with this guy who was always clinching. So i punched his body, and he felt it as it took the legs out of him, but i also hurted my right wrist. In the later rounds i just used my left because my RH hurted against his head
No bone injury, anyway im seeing a problem here. Do u have ANY ADVICE ON HOW TO MAKE MY WRIST STRONGER -besided learning how to proper punch, but believe me i aint that bad my hand betrayes me everytime im not wearing big gloves or sparr heavy.

Wear hand wraps, do wrist strengthening exercises/warm up wrists before training, and like you said learn correct punching techniques.
If it still hurts later on see the Doctor bud.
