HIIT is the abbreviated form for High Intensity Interval Training. This is a training procedure wherein you burn more calories in a shorter period of time. Here you work out on any of the cardio for a specific interval at a very high intensity, after you reach your maximum capacity stop doing and rest for about a minute of two before you start the process again. The shorter you take to revive yourself the better is your capacity. Hope that this does provide a brief preview about HIIT.
