Usually when I get back from the gym, I'll knock back a glass of orange juice with a scoop of l-glutamine in it, followed by a scoop of Met-Rx into a protein shake so I get a quick delivery to the muscles, sometimes I'll have a banana straight afterwards if I felt I worked hard that day.

I usually wait an hour or so for my first meal which is usually something along the lines of a sandwich made with brown bread and either chicken paste or turkey slices.

Afterwards, it's usually a main meal with a lot of complex carbs and high protein content.
